UI overview

Navigating the EMS interface is the first step to mastering our system. In this section, we will guide you through the essential components of the user interface, helping you become familiar with its layout and functionality. Understanding the UI will enable you to efficiently access the tools and features you need to optimize your workflow. Let’s get started with an overview of the key elements and how to navigate them effectively. 

Important: If you haven't logged in for the first time yet, please refer to the chapter on activating Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to ensure your account is secure before proceeding.

Interface Overview

The image below provides a schematic representation of the EMS screen, highlighting the four main sections:

  1. Sidebar Menu: Located on the left side of the screen, this menu allows you to navigate between different modules and features. This section can be collapsed to provide more room for the main working area.
  2. Topbar: Also referred to as the banner, this section at the top of the screen contains essential tools, notifications, and account settings.
  3. Main Screen Area: The central working area where you will perform your tasks and interact with the system’s features.
  4. Footer: Available in selected deployments, this section at the bottom of the screen includes summaries and overviews for quick reference.
